Carlos has been providing legal services since 1998 as an independent legal representative for accident benefits in cases related to motor vehicle accidents and slip and fall. When the Paralegal Profession was recognized officially in 2006; and the Law Society of Upper Canada (Now, the Law Society of Ontario) was appointed to administrate this new profession in the legal system, Carlos passed the exam and became a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario.

Since then, and after his participation in the Latin-American Centre of Legal Services; Carlos started Provincial Personal Injuries Inc. and provided services as sole practitioner. His experience through these years has allowed Carlos to expand in order to be able to serve more clients. That is when in 2012, he has founded Ampuero and Associated LLP where he currently is the Director.
